RatioMaster is an application designed for spoofing uploads on BitTorrent trackers. It connects to a tracker and behaves like a normal BitTorrent client, but without actually uploading to / downloading from other peers in the swarm. It reports to the tracker that it's uploading (or downloading or both, it's your choice) at a certain rate, thus making it useful for artificially increasing your ratio on certain sites that track a user's overall ratio (total uploaded/total downloaded).
* How to use *
1. Get a .torrent file associated with the tracker you want to spoof.2. Load or Drag/Drop that file into RatioMaster.
3. Change the settings in the Options group to your liking: upload speed, download speed (set to 0 to spoof upload only), finished (how much of the file do you want to appear that you have - set to 100% if you want to appear as a seeder)
4. Choose 'Client Simulation' in Advanced Tab to be the same type as your regular torrent client.
5. Optionally, look through the Advanced and Network tabs and see if you need anything changed there, like using a specific port or announcing through a proxy server. Most users won't need to change anything here.
6. Press the Start button and watch the bytes start rolling.
7. After a while, when you decide you've spoofed enough, press the Stop button to announce to the tracker that you're ending your session.

Ratio Cheat : Cheat Torrent Ratio
RatioCheat is an web-app so there is no risk of installing a potentially harmful EXE file on your computer, but it works just like other ratio cheating tools, increasing your upload amount to improve your upload/download ratio.
RatioCheat is free to use and has no ads as of now, the service is hosted at Google using their App Engine infrastructure.
HOW IT WORKS
1) Download your torrent file.
2) Use RatioCheat , upload your torrent file and you will see a screen as below
3) What this site does is that it reads data from your torrent file, like the address of the tracker, how many files are there, how much data in total there is inside the torrent and then compute the "hash" of the torrent to identify it with the tracker, then it will help you trick the tracker that you have uploaded the whole content of the torrent.
For example : if your torrent contains data for 3 GB, RatioCheat will tell your torrent site that you have uploaded approx. 3 GB of data and downloaded only say 50-100 MB more or less a random amount of data. If you are fearful of getting caught you can cheat a little each day until your ratio gets fixed.
The whole process takes only 10 seconds and you will see something like this:

This program will measure the time for you. Enter the URL to be measured and watch the top of the window.
The StopWatch can only measure websites that can be displayed in a frame. Some websites use javascript to break out of frames. This is not a StopWatch bug.
How does it work?
The stopwatch is a small Javascript that runs on your computer (not the Numion server).
It measures the time between the moment your browser starts to load the URL and when the browser signals that it has finished ("Done" in the status bar).
The measurement therefore includes fetching and interpreting all HTML (including frames), images, and Javascripts. It does not include content that is handled by plugins.
If the page is in the cache then the stopwatch will measure the faster loading time (see tip below).
The accuracy is the accuracy of the Javascript timer, on most systems 10 milliseconds.
